1. Introduction

Welcome to Telvinar. We provide specialized legal support for the IT sector, ensuring that technology businesses comply with applicable regulations and protect their interests.

2. Services Provided

Telvinar offers professional counsel and representation in the following areas:

• Software licensing agreements
• Data protection compliance
• Intellectual property management

3. Infoproducts

Telvinar may offer digital guides or courses on legal topics relevant to technology enterprises. Access is granted after full payment is received and recorded.

4. Physical Items

Telvinar may supply printed materials or other tangible deliverables. Estimated delivery dates are provided on order confirmation and may vary due to logistical factors.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable by methods accepted at the time of purchase. Invoices will detail the service or item description and the total amount due.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of payment if no work has begun. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. If work has already commenced, no refund is available due to the time and expertise applied to case preparation.

6.2 Infoproducts

Digital materials are eligible for refund within seven days if 20% or less of the content has been accessed. After this period or usage threshold, no refund will be issued.

6.3 Physical Items

Goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Transfers and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional charge. Sessions may not be transferred after work has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

Telvinar’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Under no circumstances will Telvinar be liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
